Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one zan88 Account. Opening multiple accounts — whether using the same identity or different identities — constitutes Prohibited Conduct and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances and pending winnings.
To create an Account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested during the registration form, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, and a valid email address. zan88 is entitled to treat the information provided during registration as accurate and to hold you responsible for any consequences arising from inaccurate information.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. zan88 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) immediately after registration. Withdrawals may be delayed or declined if: (a) KYC is incomplete; (b) there is an active investigation into the Account; (c) the withdrawal would result in a negative balance after pending wager settlement; or (d) the Account has been flagged for suspicious activity.
Anti-Money Laundering Notice: zan88 is obligated to report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities. Depositing funds with no intention of genuine gambling activity, or withdrawing deposits without substantive wagering, may be flagged as potential money laundering and reported accordingly. Winnings derived from such behaviour will be voided.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by zan88 are subject to the specific terms communicated at the point of offer, and to these general bonus terms. Where a conflict exists, the specific promotion terms take precedence.
Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, all Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement of 30× (thirty times) the bonus amount before any portion of the resulting balance may be withdrawn. Actions that constitute bonus abuse include but are not limited to: low-risk hedging strategies specifically designed to meet wagering requirements with minimal variance; coordinated wagering between multiple Accounts; exploiting software errors or incorrectly set odds. zan88 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to suspend or close Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse.
The welcome bonus is available exclusively to new players making their first deposit. Only one welcome bonus is available per person, per household IP address, and per payment method. Players who have previously held an Account on zan88 under any identity are not eligible for a first-deposit welcome bonus.
All bets are accepted at zan88's sole discretion. zan88 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any wager at any time and without providing a reason, particularly where there is evidence of suspicious activity, odds-manipulation, or where the integrity of a sporting event is in doubt.
A bet will be declared void and the stake returned where: (a) an event is cancelled and not replayed within 72 hours; (b) the odds were set in error and the error is identified before settlement; (c) the event did not take place as scheduled in the manner on which the bet was placed; or (d) the outcome is the subject of an ongoing integrity investigation by the relevant governing body.
Where zan88 sets or displays odds that are materially different from the correct market price due to a technical or human error ("palpable error"), zan88 reserves the right to void all bets struck at the erroneous odds and to settle them at the correct price, or to void and return stakes entirely. What constitutes a palpable error is determined at zan88's reasonable discretion.
In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to real-time availability of the market. zan88 operates a brief delay between bet submission and acceptance to account for live event data latency. Bets submitted during this delay may be refused if the match state has changed materially. No compensation is payable for refused in-play bets.

If the dispute is not resolved within that period, it shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the arbitration rules of the relevant licensing jurisdiction. The arbitration shall be conducted in English. The arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you waive any right to participate in a class-action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against zan88. All disputes must be brought in your individual capacity only.

Where a change is material — meaning it substantively affects your rights or obligations — zan88 will provide no less than seven (7) calendar days' advance notice by email to your registered address and/or by a prominent notice on the platform prior to the amendment taking effect.
